Miley Cyrus is reportedly in trouble with Mexican police after one of her dancers slapped her prosthetic bum with the national flag on stage.
The singer - who is known for her controversial performances - was filmed during her Monterrey show on Tuesday night as she bent down in the jaw-dropping prosthesis while wearing a tiny silver leotard.
A dancer came up behind her and waved a flag behind her as she twerked in front of him, before slapping her bum with it.
Now TMZ reports Mexican officials took offence to the dance, and she faces a fine or jail time.
The state legislature has reportedly approved a warrant for the law to be enforced, and the star could be fined up to $1,200 or be detained for 36 hours.
