Simon Cowell Responds to Gay Claims

For years, there have been reports that Simon Cowell plays for the other team. But the former American Idol and now X Factor TV personality has not been linked to any man, and the list of women he has dated is long.

He has a son with Lauren Silverman.

Tulisa Contostavlos who was a judge with Simon on X Factor, is currently facing drug charges. At a trial yesterday, her personal assistant claimed that Simon is gay and he knew people who have had sex with him.

Tulisa has been charged with allegedly brokering a cocaine deal with an undercover Sun reporter, who lied that he was a film producer and promised to secure her a role in a “big production” with Leonardo DiCaprio.

Mazher Mahmood known as the “fake sheikh” met the singer in Las Vegas and London to discuss future opportunities.

In a recording played yesterday, Mahmood asked Tulisa’s PA Gareth Varey if Cowell as gay at a hotel in May last year. He answered yes.
“How do you know he’s gay?” asked Mahmood.

“I know people who have,” replied Varey.

A spokesperson for Cowell has responded with, “We are bound by contempt of court rules so cannot respond to these claims in the manner we wish to. We are speaking to the Attorney General’s office – and we intend to make a statement in court as soon as possible.”
