Nigerian army were yesterday October 21st arraigned before a military court at the Army Headquarters Garrison, Mogadishu cantonment in Abuja over a two count charge of conspiracy to commit mutiny and mutiny.
A report from Daily Trust, that the soldiers are alleged to have committed the offenses in October 2013 after shooting into the air when they received the news of the death of some of their colleagues who were killed by Boko Haram in the North Eastern part of Nigeria.
