A 15-year-old girl has fled Britain and flown out to join jihadis in Syria after being 'brainwashed' online.

Schoolgirl Yusra Hussien, described as a grade-A pupil who wanted to be a dentist, left her family home in Bristol to join hardline fighters in the war-torn country.Yusra, who is thought to have been exposed to jihadi propaganda on the internet, boarded a flight to Istanbul under the noses of police and border control officials at Heathrow.
She is believed to be with a 17-year-old girl from Lambeth, South London, whom she arranged to meet at the airport, and to have flown to Turkey in order to enter Syria, where Islamic State fighters control large areas.

Bola Tinubu: Nigeria has Nothing to Celebrate For.

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, former governor of Lagos State, has stated that Nigeria has nothing to celebrate on Independence Day, as “the nation has not flourished.”

Tinubu expressed his thoughts on the matter on Monday via a statement titled, A Return to Decency, Punch reports.

“We commemorate this Independence Day because the nation has survived despite its many challenges. We dare not celebrate because the nation has not flourished as it should. Fifty four years our national trek began with hope and promise, peace and unity.

A professional footballer found his brother hanged in his bedroom after he found out his girlfriend had been cheating on him, an inquest heard.
Byron Moore discovered the dead body of his heartbroken older brother Louis Moore, 28, just hours after signing for Port Vale FC on July 3.
An inquest heard their mother received a text message from Louis saying "I want to be alone, it's over" as Byron put pen to paper with the League One club.
After rushing back from Vale Park stadium to Louis' house in Meir Hay, Staffs, the 26-year-old footballer discovered his brother's lifeless body in his bedroom.

After sending ex-wife bunch of flowers, Man locked up for two days

A man was locked up for two days for sending his ex-wife a bunch of flowers.
Malcolm Crocombe, 59, went to a florists’ shop to send his daughter some flowers on the birth of his grandchild.
While there, he also sent a bunch to his former wife with a message which read “ welcome to the grandparents’ club”.
But a court heard that he was subject to an indefinite restraining order not to approach his ex-wife Karen in any way.
Police were contacted, he was arrested, and ended up in a police cell for two days awaiting his appearance at Flintshire magistrates’ court at Mold.
After hearing the circumstances, magistrates fined him £50 but said that it would be “ deemed served” by the time he had spent on remand in police cells.
Crocombe, of Shotton, Flintshire, was also ordered to pay £105 costs and was reminded that the restraining order remained in place.

He wasn't only given an award today, president Jonathan also said he will be placed on a lifetime salary that must be in line with what any Senior Special Advisers earns.

Church building collapses in Edo state

After a building belonging to Christ Chosen Church of God collapsed in Edo state killing three people, another church building has collapsed in the state.

 Building belonging to Liberty Power Bible Church a.k.a Power Palace at Asoro Slope, off Ekenwan Road in Benin city, Edo state, collapsed yesterday September 28th.

According to reports, the incident happened shortly after members of the church left the building after the close of service. No life was lost.

ISIS militants stone couple to Death in Iraq

ISIS militants stoned a couple to death in a town in Iraq as a crowd watched, unable to do anything.
According to a witness speaking to NBC News said, "It is a terrible scene I wish I did not remember."
NBC News reports that the couple who are said to be in their 30s were convicted of adultery by an ISIS court. They were then led out in front of a crowd of some 200 residents in Ar Rutbah in western Anbar province, who stood by as eight fighters carried out the execution.
“They brought the man and the woman, they tied their hands and covered their faces, and started to stone them," the witness added, speaking on the condition of anonymity because he feared for his safety.

A new book titled 'condom cookbook' was released in Japan. The book is centered around cooking with condom bags.

According to Kotaku, the book is called Condom Meals I Want To Make For You and contains 11 utterly delicious condom-based recipes like "Condom Meat Stuffing", "Condom Escargot (snails) Cooked with Butter" plus desserts like "Condom Cookies." The book aims to show the durability of
condoms and believes that this could potentially lead to the spread of condoms in cooking. It also has a serious side - Japanese men are the third worst in the world for using condoms, and the book was also created to help promote safe sex.
